TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment : Deposits should be paid when booking. Balance paid on arrival if by cash and 7 days prior to holiday if paying by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Linda Wilson

Drop off/Collection : All arrivals should be made by appointment and a rough estimate of the time you will be collecting should be given on arrival.

Bank Holidays : Bunny Camp is open all year round including Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays. We accept guests 7 days a week but if you are going away Christmas Day I wont be accepting on this day so you will be required to bring your pet Christmas Eve.

Non-collection : If you have not collected your pet within 14 days of the agreed date and we haven’t been able to contact you, we will make arrangements to re-home them and any costs incurred will be your responsibility.

Food : You should make sure you bring enough dried food for your pets stay so as not to cause any tummy upsets. We will provide your pet with good quality hay, and fresh fruit & vegetables during their stay, also fresh water at all times. You may bring any favourite treats or toys that will make your pet feel more at home. Also any supplements you like them to have or medication will be accepted.

Vaccinations : All rabbits must have up to date veterinary certificates to prove they have had a yearly Viral Haemorrhagic Disease (VHD) and 6 monthly Myxomatosis vaccination. There are no vaccination requirements for guinea pigs.

Illness : The health of all our guests are extremely important to us, we therefore reserve the right to refuse acceptance of any animal that appears to be in ill health on arrival and we feel it may endanger the health of our other boarders.

Emergencies : If in any unforeseen circumstances your pet should become ill or injured while in our care I will, wherever possible, contact you and they will receive immediate medical treatment by a veterinary surgeon requested by you, or if non stipulated they will be taken to our preferred vets, Vets 4 Pets in Barnsley. Any costs incurred would be your responsibility.

Pregnancies : If any sow or doe gives birth while in our care they will remain with us until a time we feel the babies are able to be moved. Charges will apply.

Fatalities : As always your pets health and wellbeing is very important to us and we will make every effort to ensure they are kept clean, well, safe and well fed. In the unlikely event of a death occurring we will contact you immediately to make any arrangements. Any costs incurred will be the responsibility of the owner.

All pets holidaying at Bunny Camp are left at the owners risk and we will not accept responsibility should your pet become ill or death occurs.
